What types of activities can Galindor handle?
Anything booked by slot, session or admission: escape rooms, laser tag, VR, bowling, karting, adventure parks, watersports rental, classes and workshops, museums and exhibitions. Each offer picks its model (private session, shared slot with capacity, or free flow) and its pricing and payment rules.
How do you handle capacity shared between several groups?
You set a capacity per slot (say 20 spots for a laser tag session). Galindor adds up participants across all bookings and automatically closes the slot when capacity is reached. No overbooking, even when two customers book at the same moment.
Can I manage equipment or physical resources?
Yes. You declare your resources (rooms, tracks, kayaks, karts...) and link them to your offers: a resource booked on a slot is no longer available for other offers using it. That's what prevents the same kart from being rented twice at the same time.
Is it compatible with GetYourGuide, Viator or other channels?
Galindor exposes a real-time availability API, ready for integrations with distribution channels. You can sell direct on your website today, and plug external channels in over time. A native channel manager is on the roadmap.
