The questions operators ask
How does Galindor handle several rooms with different sessions?
Each room is an offer with its own schedule: session length, hours per day of the week, capacity from 2 to 6 players (or whatever you want), special schedules for holidays. Availability shown to customers is calculated in real time, with no double booking possible.
How does the no-show protection work?
At booking time, the customer saves their card without being charged (like at a hotel). If they don't show up, you trigger the charge in one click from the schedule, under the conditions you display. You can also require full payment or a deposit at booking: it's configurable per room. Card on file, deposits and pay on site are included in the Basic and Pro plans.
Can I offer tiered pricing based on the number of players?
Yes, it's built in. For example 35€ per player for 2, 30€ for 3, 26€ from 4 players. You define your tiers, the widget calculates and displays the right price automatically.
Are gift cards included?
Yes, from the Basic plan (49€/month). Your customers buy a gift card online, paid immediately, and the recipient books their session with their code. That's revenue collected upfront, especially at Christmas.
How does the widget integrate with my current website?
You copy one line of code into your website (WordPress, Wix, custom: it doesn't matter) and the booking button appears. You can also use your dedicated booking page with its direct link and QR code, without touching your website.
How much does it really cost?
The free plan lets you take unlimited bookings paid online, with a 3% commission. The Basic plan (49€/month, 1%) unlocks deposits, card-on-file no-show protection, pay on site, promo codes and gift cards: it also becomes cheaper from around 2,500€ of monthly bookings. The Pro plan (99€/month) drops to 0% commission. No hidden fees, and above all: your customers pay the price you display, never a concealed markup.
